Her journey, starting with Celia and Randy Gamble at Quail Ridge Farms and later working with Stephanie Simmonds at StillWater Equestrian for eight years, showcases a commitment to learning from some of the best professionals in the field.

Teal's transition to a position as a Private Trainer for the Drazan Family and Frogcreek Farm, under the guidance of Karen Healy and Katie Prudent, is particularly noteworthy. Her significant role in bringing Mackenzie Drazan up through the ranks to Grands Prix in Wellington and across the US and Canada and guiding her sister Shelby in the equitation to national finals demonstrates a strong track record of success.

In between private training positions, Teal contributed to Bert Mutch's venture, 2Mutch Showjumping, in Nicasio, CA. Her ability to adapt to different environments and work with various professionals highlights her versatility and expertise in the industry.
